Shipping policy

At Dreamweavers, every order is more than a package — it’s a dream carefully wrapped and sent your way.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During launches or busy seasons, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll always keep you updated.

2. Shipping Within Egypt

  • Standard delivery usually takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.

  • A flat shipping fee will be shown at checkout, unless otherwise stated.

3. International Shipping

  • Please get in touch with our team in case of international shipping requirements.

4. Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order’s journey.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us. We’ll work with our courier partners to resolve the issue.

  • Dreamweavers is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier strikes, or force majeure, but we’ll always try to help.

1. وقت التحضير
• تتم معالجة الطلبات خلال 2–3 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد الدفع.
• خلال فترات إطلاق المجموعات الجديدة أو المواسم المزدحمة، قد يستغرق تجهيز الطلبات وقتًا أطول قليلًا — وسنُبقيك على اطلاع دائم.

2. الشحن داخل مصر
• عادةً ما تستغرق مدة التوصيل من 2 إلى 7 أيام عمل حسب موقعك.
• يتم عرض رسوم شحن ثابتة عند إتمام الشراء، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

3. الشحن الدولي
• يُرجى التواصل مع فريقنا في حال رغبتك في الشحن خارج مصر.

4. تتبع الطلب
• بمجرد شحن الطلب، ستتلقى رقم تتبع لتتابع رحلة وصوله إليك.

5. مشكلات التوصيل
• في حال تأخر الطلب أو فقدانه، يُرجى التواصل معنا. سنتعاون مع شركة الشحن لحل المشكلة بأسرع وقت ممكن.
• لا تتحمل Dreamweavers مسؤولية التأخيرات الناتجة عن الجمارك أو إضرابات شركات الشحن أو الظروف القاهرة، لكننا سنبذل دائمًا ما في وسعنا للمساعدة.
